Terms and Conditions

General Issues:

• Export orders for a minimum  US$ 1000/- are acceptable.
• Minimum quantity for smaller items: 100 pcs.
• The cost of packing and forwarding would be charged in addition.
• In case of Sea Freight the actual cost of Road Transport from New Delhi to Mumbai and other custom clearance, Insurance etc. is to be paid extra.
• LEAD TIME: Depends upon nature of goods and volume of order.
• All disputes subject to Delhi jurisdiction only.

Shipping and Transportation Issues:

• All shipments are on full payments in Advance.
• We accept Irrevocable Letter of Credit, provided your order is more then US$ 8000/-. It may be opened in any currency. It may be also opened for sufficient time, as no trouble may arise due to late reaching of L.C. to us or some delay may be caused at our end due to some unavoidable circumstances.
• Air/Sea Freight and Insurance can be paid in your country by you, while receiving the goods. In case you wish, we can also pay for the Freight & Insurance in India.
• We send all consignments by Air/Sea freight only as desired by our customers. Only sample consignments are entertained by post parcels. The actual cost of postage and packing is charged extra.
• With your order, don’t forget to give us the name of Air/Seaport of final destination and also your Bank name and its complete postal address.
• In order to enable our buyers to claim lower costs for customs duty in their importing country, we furnish a Certificate of Origin viz., Generalized System of Preferences Certificate of Origin Form ‘A’ duly certified by the Export Inspection Agency, Government of India.
